    Our Warranty & Service

    Workmanship Warranty: One-year workmanship warranty on standard jobs, two years for VIP members. Drain clogs and stoppages are not covered, because what goes down the line is outside our control.

    Availability: We are open 24/7. When you call, we tell you when we're coming and we show up.

    Payment: Standard jobs are paid on completion. Larger projects take a deposit and progress payments, set out on your written estimate.

    A service call is $95, waived when you approve the repair. If you go ahead with the work we quote, you pay the quoted price — not the price plus the $95. If you decide not to move forward that day, the service call is $95, and it credits toward the work if you go ahead within 14 days.
